d)      Promote and specify Saint Gobain Interior range of glasses for projects in Commercial
         & Residential segment.
e)      Follow up and coordinate for projects.
 
4)      Institutional Sales- Residential
 
a)      Discovery of Projects and audit
b)      New Database creation and management of influencers like Builders, Architects,
         Consultants and End Customers.
c)       Fix appointments and meet the influencers.
d)      Promote and specify Saint Gobain Exterior & Interior range of glasses for projects in
         Residential segment.
e)      Follow up and coordinate for projects.
 
Remuneration:
 
For Trainees deputed in Metro location Chennai a monthly stipend of INR 27500 /- will be paid.
For Trainees deputed in Non Metro location a monthly stipend of INR 26165 /–  will be paid.
 
Conveyance and benefits are in addition to the above mentioned stipend amount.
 
The trainees will be assigned with any of the above project based on their suitability for the role for an initial period of 9 months and post successful completion of project the incumbents fulfilling our recruitment criteria will be absorbed on the rolls of Saint Gobain.

The Campus Relations Specialist is responsible for the following aspect of business:

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain professional relationships with CR leads that are generated by the Campus Relations Manager and Assistant Campus Relations Specialist.
Must utilize various social media to maintain relationships and utilize networking skills to obtain additional candidate connections and referrals
Track and report applicant & interview data; maintain recruitment records in accordance with firm, state and federal regulations.
Effectively handle a high volume of candidates and associated administrative duties, handle inquiries regarding recruiting process.
